20.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4000 WITH H.W. LOCHNER, INC. FOR ON-CALL\nARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nPage 7 of 9\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4000 between the City of Montebello and H.W. Lochner,\nInc., formerly known as KOA Corporation, for a One (1) Year Extension; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
