23.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-39 APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN\nTHE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION\nAUTHORITY (LACMTA) FOR THE MEASURE R – 20% BUS OPERATION PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-39 approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of\nMontebello and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) to continue\nMontebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) participation in the Measure R – 20% Bus Operation Program (BOP)\neffective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2035; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the MOU on the City’s behalf; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
