28.\nAPPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4347 BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AND THE CITY OF\nMONTEBELLO TO ACCEPT FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 MEASURE A HOMELESS FUNDING\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 4347 (Los Angeles County Agreement HI-2025009) with the County of Los Angeles’ Chief Executive Office (CEO) to accept Measure A funding in the\namount of $617,727 for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and,\n2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget by increasing appropriations by $617,800 in Account No. 26185-867-6040.10 (Measure A - LA County Homeless, Fire, Measure A - LA County Homeless, Other\nContract Services [expenditures]), and $617,800 in Account No. 261-99-4198.28 (Measure A - LA County\nHomeless, Miscellaneious Grants - Measure A - LA County Homeless [revenue]); and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
