Environmental Considerations: The\nproject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA),\npursuant to Sections 15311 of the CEQA Guidelines. Section 15311 exempts\nthe construction and replacement of minor structures. The project is\nconsistent with the CEQA exemption criteria. In addition, none of the\nexceptions listed in Section 15300.2 exist for the proposed project.
