13.m\nPURCHASE A NEW EMERGENCY PORTABLE GENERATOR FROM\nQUINN GROUP INC., DBA QUINN COMPANY\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize the purchase of a new emergency portable generator\nModel XQ425/375KW from Quinn Group, Inc., DBA Quinn\nCompany, in the amount of $320,595 plus $10,000 contingency for\nunforeseen costs.\n2.\nAuthorize the City Attorney to make necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n3.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\nother documents necessary to effectuate this action.\nAWARD OF CONTRACT TO FRED ROCK POOLS, INC., FOR POOL\nAND SPA MAINTENANCE AND ADDITIONAL WORK AT PALM DESERT\nHOUSING AUTHORITY PROPERTIES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1.
