14. Landscaping and Lighting District No.7 Public Hearing & Resolution for Annual Levy. On\nMay 19, 2025, the City Council adopted a Resolution setting June 16, 2025 at 6:30 PM as the\ndate and time for the public hearing for the subject assessment district. There is no increase to\nassessment amount levied for this Fiscal Year from the prior year assessment. The proposed\nassessment amount of $693.26 per parcel is at the maximum allowable assessment for the\nDistrict.\nRecommendation: That City Council adopt the attached Resolution, providing for the annual\nlevy for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
