16. Maintenance District No. 84-1M Public Hearing & Resolution for Annual Levy. On May 19,\n2025, the City Council adopted a Resolution setting June 16, 2025 at 6:30 PM as the date and\ntime for the public hearing for the subject assessment district. The 2025-2026 assessment is\nproposed to remain at the same level since 1992. It is proposed that there will be no change in\nthe levy from the previous thirty years ($8.00 per parcel).\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the attached Resolution, providing for the\nannual levy for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.\nDISCUSSION CALENDAR
