5.\nAdoption of a Resolution Authorizing One-Year Extensions to Annual Maintenance\nServices Agreements for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Related to Public Works Services. The\nCity has historically entered into annual maintenance service agreements with various trade\ncontractors to provide specialized maintenance services in support of Public Works operations.\nAt the close of each fiscal year, a review of each of these agreements is conducted to determine\nwhich require one-year extensions, incorporating any inflationary adjustments proposed by the\ncontractors.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt a Resolution titled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL, CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING ANNUAL CITY\nAGREEMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT RELATED SERVICES," approving amendments to the annual City\nmaintenance services agreements related to Public Works and Community Development\nservices and authorizing the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk to execute the amendments to the\nagreements as listed in the Resolution.
