3.\nAdoption of Traffic Control Plan for 2025 Fourth of July Parade. The City prepares and\nannually updates the traffic control plan for the City's annual Fourth of July Parade to facilitate\npedestrians/bicyclists and drivers through and around a temporary disruption of the normal traffic\nflow conditions.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the Traffic Control Plan, developed by the City\nEngineer, for the 2025 Fourth of July Parade.
