20. Resolutions Establishing the Active Transportation and Public Infrastructure\nCommission, Finance Commission, and Parks and Recreation Commission and\nAmending the Conflict of Interest Code. This item formally adopts resolutions establishing\nthree new advisory commissions approved by the Council on May 5, 2025, for Finance, Active\nTransportation & Infrastructure, and Parks & Recreation, each requiring a resolution to define\nresponsibilities and updating the City's Conflict of Interest Code to include these new bodies.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Adopt resolutions approving the Active Transportation and Infrastructure Commission,\nFinance Commission, and Parks and Recreation Commission; and\n2. Approve a resolution amending the Conflict of Interest Code to add/delete Commission\nmembers as required.
