10) A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTING A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR\n2025-2026 CITY BUDGET, AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO FUND THE CITY’S SECTION 115\nTRUST FOR RETIREE HEALTH BENEFITS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Conduct a Public Hearing;\nb. Review and discuss the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Proposed Budget;\nc. Pending public testimony, adopt Resolution No. 8390 approving the Fiscal Year 2025-2026\nBudget, subject to such modifications or amendments as may be stated by the City Council\nin its motion to approve the Resolution; and\nd. Approve Budget Resolution No. 8391 appropriating $500,000 from General Fund Reserves\nto the Section 115 Trust for the purpose of setting aside designated funding to be used\ntowards paying future retiree medical benefits.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
