11) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO APPOINT A CITY COUNCIL LIAISON REPRESENTATIVE\nTO THE GREATER LOS ANGELES COUNTY VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Receive a presentation of background and qualifications from each applicant for the liaison\nto the Greater Los Angeles County Vector Control District (District) Board of Trustees; and\nb. Appoint a representative to serve as liaison to the Greater Los Angeles County Vector\nControl District Board of Trustees, to fill a vacancy for the remainder of a two-year term\nfrom June 17, 2025 to January 6, 2027.
