10E. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE SAN CLEMENTE\nLIFEGUARD STATUE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND CLARIFICATION\nOF COUNCIL INTENT REGARDING MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-87, which will:\n1. Repeal and replace Resolution No. 24-139.\n2. Adopt a new resolution approving the maintenance agreement for the San\nClemente Lifeguard Statue and clarifying that the City of San Clemente\nshall assume responsibility for all ongoing maintenance.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-\n32, by and between the City of San Clemente and San Clemente\nLifeguard Foundation, providing for Donation, Installation and\nMaintenance of Public Artwork.
