CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PARKING\nAGREEMENT BETWEEN CHABAD JEWISH CENTER AND THE CITY OF\nSAN CLEMENTE\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-100, which would approve, and authorize the City\nManager to execute, Contract No. C25-39, the Parking Agreement, by and\nbetween the City of San Clemente and Chabad Jewish Center, included as\nExhibit A to the proposed Resolution (Attachment 1) for an initial annual\nlicense fee of $1,000 and an initial term of five years with one five-year option\nexercisable in the City Manager’s discretion.
