CONTRACT AMENDMENT - WATER CONSERVATION PARTICIPATION\nAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE AND THE\nMUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY (MWDOC), AND\nFINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE\nCALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-98, which will:\n1. Determine that this project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 7 of the state CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15307 (14 CCR Section 15307, Actions By Regulatory\nAgencies For Protection Of Natural Resources).\n2. Approve the Second Amendment to the Water Conservation Participation\nAgreement with the Municipal Water District of Orange County, extending\nthe Agreement from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2035.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 2 to\nContract No. AC-733, by and between the City of San Clemente and the\nMunicipal Water District of Orange County, to the Water Conservation\nParticipation Agreement, extending the Agreement from July 1, 2025\nthrough June 30, 2035.
