1.h Reject All Bids for Old Town Placentia Facade Improvement Project and Authorize\nRebidding of Project\nFiscal Impact:\nBudgeted: $321,069 FY 2024-25 CDBG Budget (302535-6401)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Reject all bids and authorize the return of the bid bonds; and\n2. Authorize Staff to solicit new bids for the Old Town Placentia Facade Improvement\nProject; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or her designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
