1.k Award of Contract to Anaheim Fullerton Towing for Official Towing and Storage of Vehicles\nFiscal Impact:\nRevenue: $67,500\nFranchise Fee (Flat Fee of $75 Per Vehicle)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve the Official Tow Service Agreement with Anaheim Fullerton Towing Company\nfor the period covering July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030, with the option for two (2)\nadditional one-year extensions, to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City; and\n2. Adopt Resolution R-2025-33, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Placentia,\nCalifornia, Issuing Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity Approving the\nOfficial Towing and Storage Service Agreement; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or her designee to execute the necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
