Accept the resignation of Maryam Zeineddine from the Financial Audit Oversight\nCommittee; and\n2. Update the City’s master Commission/Committee vacancy list to include one vacancy\non the Financial Audit Oversight Committee and solicit applications or make an\nappointment of a previous applicant.
