(OCYC)\nFiscal Impact:\nTotal Expense:\n$165,340.60\nLeftover Funds FY 24-25: $61,502.48\nGeneral Fund:\n$33,068.12\nOffsetting Revenue:\n$70,770\nFY 24-25 Leftover Funds\n20% Match Required by OCTA Grant\nOCTA Measure M Funding\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Orange\nCounty Yellow Cooperative, Inc for Senior Transportation Services for the first one (1)\nyear extension from the date that the agreement is fully executed in a not-to-exceed\namount of $165,340.60; and\n2. Approve Amendment No. 1 with Orange County Yellow Cooperative, Inc (OCYC) due\nto name change of Cabco Yellow Inc., dba California Yellow Cab; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or her designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
