Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Hinderliter, de\nLlamas and Associates (HdL Companies) for Sales Tax Analysis and Auditing Services\nfor a term ending June 30, 2026; and\n2 Authorize the City Administrator and/or her designee to execute all the necessary\ndocuments in a form approved by the City Attorney.
