5.\nTOWING SERVICES CONTRACT\n25-292\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute five-year\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA), to provide towing services of private\nvehicles, effective July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2030, in a form as approved by the\nCity Attorney for towing services to:\n·\n·\n·\nG& W Towing\nMetroPro Road Services, Inc.\nSouthside Towing\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute five-year\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA), to provide towing services of City\nowned vehicles and equipment, in an annual amount not-to-exceed $5,000,\neffective July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2030, in a form as approved by the City\nAttorney for towing services to:\n·\n·\n·\nG& W Towing\nMetroPro Road Services, Inc.\nSouthside Towing\n3.
