3.A.10.Award of Playground Equipment Procurement for Tamarisk Park, Colonel Lewis\nMillett Park, and Stallions Crossing Park\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Accept the proposals submitted by Pacific Play Systems, Inc. for the\nprocurement of new playground equipment at Tamarisk Park, Colonel Lewis\nMillett Park, and Stallions Crossing Park;\n2. Reject all other proposals submitted for these projects;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Agreement with Pacific\nPlay Systems, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney; and
