ATPL05259(032)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2025-04 for Preliminary Engineering Phase\nServices for the Safe Routes to School & Pedestrian Safety Project to Kimley-Horn and\nAssociates, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed\n$183,611.37, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
