15. CONSIDER APPROVING AN INCREASE TO THE NOT-TO-EXCEED PURCHASE LIMITS AND\nPURCHASE TERMS FOR AMAZON BUSINESS AND STAPLES ADVANTAGE PURSUANT TO CMC SECTION\n2611(G) COOPERATIVE PURCHASING (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AUTHORIZE the City to make purchases of materials, supplies, and equipment from\nAmazon Business in a cumulative amount not to exceed $300,000 per fiscal year (representing\na $100,000 increase from the February 2025 approval of the previous agreement), effective\nthrough May 5, 2030 and for each fiscal year contained within said effective period, pursuant\nto Omnia Partners Contract No. LS4679 and APPROVE purchase orders to be used as needed to\neffectuate such purchases pursuant to CMC Section 2605 in the determination of the\nPurchasing Manager.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the City to make purchases of materials, supplies, equipment, and janitorial\nsupplies from Staples Advantage in a cumulative amount not to exceed $400,000 per fiscal\nyear, effective through February 2, 2029 and for each fiscal year contained within said\neffective period, pursuant to Soucrewell Contract No. 070924-SCC and APPROVE purchase\norders to be used as needed to effectuate such purchases pursuant to CMC Section 2605 in the\ndetermination of the Purchasing Manager.
