AND MARY\nANNE O’NEAL STROKE CENTER (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with Maribel Cervantes, OT/L, to\nprovide Occupational Therapy services for members of the Joseph B. Jr. and Mary Anne O’Neal\nStroke Center (Exhibit No. 1; "Agreement") and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
