25. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE PURCHASING AND MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MISSION CRITICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS INC. (MCIS) (C22-045) FOR\nINTEROPERABLE PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to add products and services to the Scope of Services for an\nadditional amount of $175,768.13 thereby increasing the total not to exceed contract sum to\n$395,702.67.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment, following approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney.
