CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nCS & ASSOCIATES, INC TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL LABOR COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR\nVARIOUS NEEDS TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with CS & Associates,\nINC for on-call professional labor compliance services extending term by one (1) year and\nincreasing the contract sum by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract sum of\n$400,000.00.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 with CS & Associates, INC following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.
