Community Services and Parks, re: Acceptance of Grant Funds from the\nDepartment of Industrial Relations, Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS)\nState Apprenticeship Expansion, Equity, and Innovation (SAEEI) for the Verdugo\nWorkforce Development Board (VWDB) and the Early Care Education Pathways to\nSuccess (ECEPTS)\n1. Accept funds from the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations, Division\nof Apprenticeship Standards, State Apprenticeship Expansion, Equity, and Innovation\nGrant (SAEEI) in the amount of $592,000 from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025 to\nimplement the expansion of Early Care & Education Registered Apprenticeship\nprogram\n2.
