5.18\nDECLARATION TO LEVY ASSESSMENTS FOR LANDSCAPE\nASSESSMENT DISTRICT NOS. 38, 39-2022 AND 41-2021 FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2025/26.\nRecommended Action:\nA. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-22 declaring the City’s intention to levy and\ncollect assessments for Landscape Assessment District No. 38 and\ndirecting staff to advertise the Public Hearing to be set for the July 15,\n2025 regular meeting;\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-23 declaring the City’s intention to levy and\ncollect assessments for Landscape Assessment District No. 39-2022\nand directing staff to advertise the Public Hearing to be set for the July\n15, 2025 regular meeting; and\nC. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-24 declaring the City’s intention to levy and\ncollect assessments for Landscape Assessment District No. 41-2021\nand directing staff to advertise the Public Hearing to be set for the July\n15, 2025 regular meeting.\nRequested by: Public Works Department
