Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract with\nSilverado Contractors, Inc. (Silverado) for the Grayson Repowering Project -\nDemolition and Site Improvement, Request for Proposals Specification No. 3905 in\nthe amount of $27,218,735, plus a twenty percent (20%) contingency in the amount of\n$5,443,747\n2. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to\nthe City’s existing Professional Services Agreement (PSA) Contract No. 8000053 with\nStantec Consulting Services, Inc. (Stantec), increasing the contract amount by\n$700,000 for additional “as needed” professional environmental support services for\nthe Grayson Repowering Project for a new total contract not-to-exceed amount of\n$2,368,582\n3. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to\nthe City’s existing PSA with Black & Veatch Corporation (Black & Veatch) Contract No.\n8000847, increasing the contract amount by $3,600,000 for additional “as needed”\nOwner’s Engineering services for the Grayson Repowering Project for a new total\ncontract not-to-exceed amount of $6,373,068\n03 21 23\n3 CC\n4. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to\nthe City’s existing PSA with Clean Power Consulting Partners (CP Squared) Contract\nNo. 8000941, increasing the contract amount by $1,200,000 for additional “as needed”\nproject management and consulting services for the Grayson Repowering Project for\na new total contract not-to-exceed amount of $1,650,000.\n5.
