Authorize the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with PCAM, LLC for a two-year\nextension in an amount not-to-exceed $484,692 for FY 2026 and\n$499,278 for FY 2027; and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement to extend the On-Call Fleet Maintenance and Repair\nServices to June 30, 2026 in an amount not-to-exceed $230,000\nannually.
