22.\nHERITAGE SPRINGS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2001-01 (HAWKINS STREET\nAND PALM DRIVE) – ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 9959 AND RESOLUTION\nNO. 9960 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9959 approving the Engineer’s Report (Fiscal Year\n2025/26) in conjunction with the annual levy of assessments for the Heritage\nSprings Assessment District No. 2001-01; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 9960 declaring the City of Santa Fe Springs’ intention to\nprovide for an annual levy and collection of assessments for Heritage Springs\nAssessment District No. 2001-01 (Hawkins Street and Palm Drive), and setting\nthe public hearing for the Council meeting of July 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
