24.\nAPPROVAL OF TITLE VI PLAN INCLUDING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN\n(PPP), LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (LEP) POLICY, AND COMPLAINT\nPROCEDURES (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt the Title VI Non-Discrimination Program, including the Public Participation\nPlan, Limited English Proficiency Policy, and Title VI Complaint Procedures; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or designated official to submit the program and sign\nthe required Assurance of Compliance.\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
