23.\nSANTA FE SPRINGS LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1 – ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION\nNO. 9961 AND RESOLUTION NO. 9962 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9961, approving the Engineer’s Report (Fiscal Year\n2025/26) in conjunction with the annual levy of assessments for Street Lighting\nDistrict No. 1; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 9962, declaring the City of Santa Fe Springs’ intention to\nprovide for an annual levy and collection of assessments for Lighting District No.\n1, and setting the public hearing for the Council meeting on July 1, 2025, at 6:00\np.m.; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
