27.\nKOSMONT COMPANIES, INC & DEODATE CORPORATION – ADDITIONAL\nAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with\nKosmont Companies, Inc. to complete the Economic Development Opportunities\nPlan (EDOP) and conduct additional work related to the implementation of the\nEDOP in an aggregate amount of $75,000; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with\nDEODATE Corporation to complete work related to ongoing real estate services\nin an aggregate amount of $100,000; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
