25.\nAPPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HUGHES\nMARINO, INC. FOR REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT SERVICES\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Professional Service Agreement (PSA) between the City of Santa\nFe Springs and Hughes Marino, Inc.; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and serve as the City’s\nrepresentative under the agreement; and\n3) Determine that the action is categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA); and\n4) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
