13.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 9964 APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FISCAL\nYEAR (FY) 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt the FY 2025-26 Proposed Budget for the City, Water Utility Authority,\nSuccessor Agency, and Housing Successor Agency, as detailed in the proposed\nbudget document and adjusted as discussed in this report (this includes all the\nforecasted revenue estimates, expenditure allocations, and related transfers).\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nAll matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine. Any items a\nCouncilmember wishes to discuss should be designated at this time. All other items may\nbe approved in a single motion. Such approval will also waive the reading of any Ordinance.\nPUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
