Adopt\nResolution No. 2023-018 and 2023-019, related to the application for financing under the\nDrinking Water State Revolving Fund for the State Street Water Treatment Project (WA212).\nStaff Report by: Maria Fraser, CIP Engineering Manager.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2023-018, authorizing the City’s\nidentification and dedication of pledged revenues and funds for payment of Drinking Water State\nRevolving Fund Financing; 2) adopt Resolution No. 2023-019, determining the City’s\nreimbursement intent and establishing a maximum project amount; and 3) authorize the City\nManager to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City.
