National Opioid Settlement Agreements\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-051, amending the annual budget for Fiscal Year\n2024-2025; approving an increase in revenue and expenditures related to the\nNational Opioids Settlement Agreements; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to use all Opioid Settlement Fund Disbursements,\nincluding future funds, in accordance with the List of Opioid Remediation Uses\nprovided in the Opioid Settlements.
