Citywide Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Project Phase II - Approve\nNotice of Exemption and Award of Construction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a Public Hearing to receive testimony regarding the proposed\nCapital Improvement Project and California Environmental Quality Act Notice of\nExemption;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Approve the California Environmental Quality Act Notice of Exemption and\nauthorize staff to file the notice with the Office of Planning and Research and the\nCounty Clerk; and\n(4) Award a Construction Contract to Pavement Coatings Co., Inc. in the amount of\n$1,052,251.48 for the Citywide Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Project –\nPhase II, CC25-120.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
