Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2456\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt, by second reading, Ordinance No. 2456, adopting an\namendment to the Civic Center Community Sustainability Specific Plan, Case No.\nPLAN25-00006, to redesignate approximately 20-acres of the Specific Plan from\nOffice Campus to Civic Commercial on property generally located south of Lorene\nDrive, east of Valley Center Drive and west of Atstar Drive; and an amendment to\nthe land use table of the Civic Center Specific Plan to conditionally permit new\nvehicle sales within the Civic Commercial Zone District.
