16. Water Warehouse Inventory Purchases – C. Wells Pipeline\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable Board of Directors;\n(1) Approve the pending purchases of inventory items to replenish stock at the\nDistrict warehouse from C. Wells Pipeline Materials in the amount of $91,157.52;\nand\n(2) Ratify cumulative spending for all purchases to date in excess of $125,000.00;\nand\n(3) Approve an additional $25,000.00 for inventory items through the end of the\n24/25 fiscal year.
