4.12 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GMU ENGINEERS AND\nGEOLOGISTS FOR ON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL AND MATERIAL TESTING\nSERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with GMU Engineers and\nGeologists to perform geotechnical and materials testing services that renews the\nagreement for an additional one-year term and increases the total compensation\nunder the agreement by $50,000 for a total agreement amount of $300,000; and\n2.
