4.8 AGREEMENTS WITH RK ENGINEERING GROUP, INC. AND ADVANTEC\nCONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING\nSERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve an agreement with RK Engineering Group, Inc. to perform on-call traffic\nengineering services;\n2. Approve an agreement with Advantec Consulting Engineers, Inc. to perform oncall traffic engineering services;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with\nRK Engineering Group, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $225,000; and\n4.
