4.9 AGREEMENT WITH ITERIS, INC. ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES\nFOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL OPERATIONS\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve an agreement with Iteris, Inc. to perform on-call traffic engineering\nservices for traffic signal operations; and\n2.
