CONSIDERATION OF A LETTER OPPOSING SENATE BILL 79 (WIENER) TRANSIT-\nORIENTED DEVELOPMENT\nnot-to-exceed amount of $273,680.00.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt the ordinance amending Article IVH\n(Cultural Heritage Commission of Chapter 2 (Administration) of the South Pasadena\nMunicipal Code to make administrative processing improvements for certificates of\nappropriateness, increase public noticing and remove language inconsistencies.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider adoption of the proposed Resolution to:\n1. Approve the salary adjustment and updated salary range for the Civil Engineering\nAssistant;\n2. Approve the salary adjustment and updated salary range for the Senior Civil\nEngineer;\n3. Approve the salary adjustment and updated salary range for the Senior Human\nResources Analyst; and\n4. Authorize the allocation of funds from the Special/Enterprise Funds and the General\nFund to support the changes.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider approval of an amendment (Attachment\n1) of an existing Professional Services Agreement (Attachment 2) with KOA Corporation,\na Lochner Company, to provide engineering design services to support the City's North-\nSouth Corridor Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Deployment Project, Project No.\n002002 (2020-02), Federal Project No. RABA01-5071(024), in a not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,137,574.
