CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEW FUND\nBALANCE POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTING\nSTANDARDS BOARD STATEMENT NO. 54\nRecommendation\nAuthorize the Mayor to send a letter of opposition to Senate Bill 79 (Wiener) Transit-\nOriented Development on behalf of the City Council to the appropriate stated legislators.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council introduce the ordinance by title only and waive\nfull reading of the ordinance amending Article 7 (Definitions) of Chapter 36 (Zoning) of the\nSouth Pasadena Municipal Code.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider approval of an Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Robert Half International, Inc., to extend the\nagreement through December 31, 2025, and increase the compensation in the amount of\n$57,000 and for a new total not -to-exceed amount of $168,000.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the proposed revised Fiscal Year 2025-\n2026 Budget Development Calendar.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider approving the proposed First\nAmendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Lakeview Consulting, LLC., in\nthe amount of $18,000, for continued temporary staffing services, for a new total not-to-\nexceed compensation amount of $48,000, and extending the agreement through July 31,\n2025.\n5
