CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTIONS APPROVING A LETTER OF AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH PASADENA AND THE SOUTH PASADENA\nFIREFIGHTERS' ASSOCIATION; APPROVING A LETTER BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nSOUTH PASADENA AND THE SOUTH PASADENA POLICE OFFICERS'\nASSOCIATION; APPROVING A LETTER BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH\nPASADENA AND THE PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION; APPROVING\nA LETTER BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH PASADENA AND THE PART-TIME\nPUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION; AND APPROVING A LETTER OF\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider adopting the proposed Resolution to\nadopt the new and modified planning application fees for the Community Development\nDepartment (Planning Division).\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider adopting a Resolution approving the\nFiscal Year 2025-26 annual Capital Budgets and approving the Fiscal Year 2025-26\nthrough 2029-2030 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), making a finding of\nconsistency with the City’s General Plan.\nACTION/DISCUSSION\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Approving the plans and specifications for the Street Improvements Project\n(Project); and\n2. Awarding a construction contract to Gentry Brothers, Inc. for construction services\nfor street improvements in an amount not to exceed $7,589,040.00, including the\nproposed bid amount of $6,885,400.00 and a contingency of $703,640.00; and\n3. Reject all other bids received; and\n4.
