City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council award a public 25-755\nworks agreement to GC Landscaping & General\nConstruction, Inc., in the amount of $225,712, and\nauthorize a 10% owner-controlled contingency ($22,571),\nfor construction of the Mission Basin Well 2 Access\nImprovements; and authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute the agreement upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
