HDB:\nStaff recommends that the Harbor District Board of 25-844\nDirectors approve Amendment 5 to the Percentage\nProperty Lease Agreement between the Oceanside Small\nCraft Harbor District and Bill Middleton & Sean D. White,\ndba Breakwater Yacht Sales, for the premises located at\n1351 Harbor Drive North, Suite B, for reduction of the\nleased premises; and authorize the Administrative Officer\nto execute the amendment upon the receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
